Laryngectomy | Medical Animation

Description

This excerpt is part of the 3D animation created for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust - Charing Cross Hospital for a surgical voice restoration (SVR) e-learning module. The aim of this module is to provide information to health professionals working with laryngectomy patients to optimize rehabilitation outcomes. This video shows surgery for cancer of the voicebox (larynx).

Our team worked closely with the medical experts at Imperial College to achieve a creative visual style, while retaining accuracy in regards to the surgical procedure.

“Your work on the 3D SVR animation has been and is, Superb! It is groundbreaking for us. We are very grateful for your professionalism and perseverance...Our initial impression that Polygon would do a magnificent job has been born out. Hopefully this will not be the last time we work together.”
